1. All offers should be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope, which should clearly indicate on the exterior that the contents are a bid for Building Plot at Old Church Lane. 2. All offers must be received at the firm's Pateley Bridge office 13 High Street, Pateley Bridge HG£ 5AP Friday 22nd July 2016 by 12 noon. 3. All offers must be for a fixed amount only, and offerees are advised to make their bid an odd number in order to avoid the risk of duplication. 4. Offers calculated by reference to offers submitted by other parties, or escalating bids will not be entertained. 5. All offerees will be notified of acceptance or refusal of their offer as soon as possible after the closing date, once the vendor has had an opportunity to consider the offers received. 6. The vendors will not be bound to accept the highest or indeed any offer, and it is accepted that all bids are made subject to contract. 7. Offerees are requested to advise of the full status of their bid, and to indicate what funding arrangements they have made, and the proportion of their bid that will be made up by mortgage finance.
