2. All offers must be received at the firm's Pateley Bridge office, Kings House, 13 High Street, Pateley Bridge, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 5AP by Friday 24th August 2018 at 12pm.
3. All offers must be for a fixed amount only, and offerees are advised to make their bid an odd number in order to avoid the risk of duplication.
4. Offers calculated by reference to offers submitted by other parties, or escalating bids will not be entertained.
5. All offerees will be notified of acceptance or refusal of their offer as soon as possible after the closing date, once the vendor has had an opportunity to consider the offers received.
